A note from me

Hi, I’m Chhavi.

I’m an AI product manager at Huron, in the Office of the CTO.

I started as an engineer on Wall Street, then went to Carnegie Mellon to study product management. Along the way, I built a 0-to-1 platform for a humanitarian nonprofit and shaped go-to-market strategy with Honda Research Institute.

Product is the work I love most. It asks me to understand people, weigh trade-offs, and care about the details until the result feels obvious in hindsight.

I also write Mind the Gap, a newsletter about the small details in everyday products. And I’m rarely without a good book.
